The 60 acre upland side off the Tangier Sound is protected by breakwaters and includes a thick cover mix of shrubs, woody vegetation, pines, conifers, and phragmites where big whitetails call home. Parking is available at the dead end of Crowell Rd with access to the property through a right of way adjacent to the beach on the Tangier Sound. The beach that borders the Tangier Sound does not convey. The other 60 acres with frontage on Deal Island Rd is low cover duck hunting marsh on Middle Creek accessible from road or by boat via Tangier Sound to the inlet of Middle Creek.
