Located down a private lane, so Frederick County will not allow development, other than your primary home and potentially some family lots subdivided off, which could not be sold for 5 years. There is a previous 4 bedroom septic site approved on the land (from 2008). The private lane runs into the land, seemingly through the middle and continues for quite some distance. You might talk to the agent before venturing out on your own to gain insight on access and lane conditions.
